Your documents
QuietRedact never stores your documents outside its own temporary working area, and never uploads them. Temporary working copies are deleted when you leave a document, when the session ends, or on the next launch after a crash. Nothing needs to be requested from us — there is nothing on a server to delete.
On your device
Deleting QuietRedact from your device removes its local settings, its entitlement cache and any remaining temporary files. Files you exported yourself into Files or Photos stay where you saved them and have to be deleted there.
Purchases
Purchase and entitlement records are held by Apple and by RevenueCat so that purchases remain restorable. These records are tied to an anonymous identifier and to your Apple Account, not to a QuietRedact account. To ask about purchase-related data, email oskarpolster.business@gmail.com. Never include payment details in an email.
Support correspondence
If you have written to support, ask us to delete that correspondence at the same address. We will comply unless we are required to keep a record by law or for fraud prevention.
