These terms apply to your use of SpeechTrim. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep responsibility for the media you import and export.
Subscriptions and purchases
Importing, analyzing, tuning and previewing a cut are free and unlimited. Exporting a finished file requires SpeechTrim Pro, available as a weekly subscription, an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial for customers who have not used it before. No payment is taken during the trial. If the trial is not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts automatically into a paid weekly subscription at the price Apple shows before purchase. The annual subscription and the lifetime purchase do not include a trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial period.
Subscription prices, billing period, renewal terms and any introductory offer are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable unlock and is not a subscription.
Use of the app
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for media you process. Exported files are created for your use; SpeechTrim does not guarantee that an export is suitable for every platform, codec or device.
Availability
Features may change as Apple operating systems, media formats and supported languages change. SpeechTrim is provided subject to applicable law and without a promise that every file or device will be supported.
