Manage your Novus data.

Device permissions

Open iOS Settings → Apps → Novus to manage available system permissions. Apple Health permissions are managed in the Health app under your profile → Apps and Services → Novus. Turning off a permission stops future access but does not automatically remove data previously saved to Novus.

AI data sharing

Novus asks for consent before sending the fitness and health context required for personalized AI features to Google Gemini through protected Firebase Cloud Functions. You can withdraw AI data-sharing consent in Novus Settings. You can also delete saved AI conversations in the app where that control is offered, or request deletion by email.

Connected services

Disconnect Strava from Novus Settings to stop future synchronization. You can also revoke access in Strava. Apple Health remains controlled separately through Apple’s Health app.

Sharing

Workout recaps, route files and plan codes are shared only when you choose the iOS share action. A shared workout-plan code can be entered by another Novus user to retrieve or import that plan. Do not share a code if the plan contains notes you want to keep private.

Access, correction and portability

To request access to, correction of, or a portable copy of personal data associated with your account, email oskarpolster.business@gmail.com from the address connected to your account. Never send your password, full Apple Health export or payment details. We may request reasonable verification.

Delete your account

Account holders can initiate deletion directly in Novus Settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the account-deletion instructions. Deleting the app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Advertising and tracking

Novus does not use personal data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. Apple Health data is never sold or used for advertising.
