Delete your Novus account

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly in Novus. An email path is available if you cannot access the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Novus and sign in to the account.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
  3. Review the warning, re-authenticate if requested, and confirm permanent deletion.

This requests removal of the Firebase authentication account and associated Novus cloud records, including profile/account data, social activities, comments and likes, friend data, shared plans, AI jobs/quotas and uploaded avatar/workout files. Local Novus data is wiped on successful completion. Limited records may be retained where legally required or temporarily remain in backups until their normal expiry.

If you cannot access the app

Email oskarpolster.business@gmail.com with subject “Novus Account Deletion Request” from the email associated with your account. Do not send your password, health export or payment details. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Important

Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Data held independently by Apple Health or Strava must be managed in those services.

Konto in der App löschen

  1. Öffne Novus und melde dich an.
  2. Öffne Einstellungen und wähle Konto löschen.
  3. Lies den Hinweis, authentifiziere dich falls verlangt erneut und bestätige die endgültige Löschung.

Dabei werden das Firebase-Login und die zugehörigen Novus-Cloud-Daten zur Löschung angefordert, darunter Profil-, Social-, Freundschafts-, Plan-, KI- und Upload-Daten. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss werden lokale Novus-Daten gelöscht. Gesetzlich erforderliche Nachweise oder zeitlich begrenzte Backups können ausnahmsweise länger bestehen.

Ohne App-Zugriff

Sende von der mit dem Konto verbundenen E-Mail-Adresse eine Nachricht mit dem Betreff „Novus Kontolöschung“ an oskarpolster.business@gmail.com. Sende kein Passwort, keine Health-Exporte und keine Zahlungsdaten. Zum Schutz vor fremden Löschanfragen kann eine angemessene Identitätsprüfung erforderlich sein.

Wichtig

Die Kontolöschung kündigt kein Apple-Abonnement. Kündige separat unter iOS Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements. Daten, die Apple Health oder Strava unabhängig verwalten, müssen dort verwaltet werden.
