Schreibe an oskarpolster.business@gmail.com und nenne Gerätemodell, iOS-Version, App-Version und eine kurze Fehlerbeschreibung. Sende niemals Passwörter, vollständige Gesundheits-Exporte oder Zahlungsdaten per E-Mail.

Apple-Abonnements verwaltest oder kündigst du unter Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements. Das Löschen deines Novus-Kontos kündigt ein Apple-Abonnement nicht automatisch.
